Jody Van Alin
CEO
Jody has a degree in Radio/TV Communications and has worked in the industry since 1987. Jody began a radio career in 1987 and worked in the programming department at several stations. Based on successful programming in radio, Jody left radio in 1996 to begin working as the National Director of Promotions for Shindler‐Turner and Associates, a record promotion company in Nashville. From 1999 to 2002 Jody worked as the Southeast Promotion Manager for
DreamWorks Records Country division. In 2002, Jody created JVA Promotion, LLC. JVA Promotion is one of the premiere independent promotion companies in the country music format and works with all the major record labels in Nashville.In 2008, Jody, along with Marvin Baker & Ann Gillis, launched Cafe Nashville with several affiliate radio stations across the United States.
Marvin Baker
Chairman
Marvin Baker is a media executive with broad experience in all aspects of distribution, syndication, packaging and management. Direct experience with negotiating contracts internationally, consulting TV & Radio group owners and venture capital.
Marvin started in 1985 promoting Rock & Roll concerts in Pittsburgh & Youngstown, Ohio. In 1992, he moved to Nashville, TN to direct Music Videos and in 1995 directed his first feature film starring Bret Michaels, Charlie Sheen and Martin Sheen. Currently, handling over 80 hours per week of television programming every week.
Marvin and his wife Ann Gillis partnered with Jody Van Alin in 2008 to launch Cafe Nashville and Non-Traditional Revenue campaigns for Radio Broadcasting groups. This venture has grown into OnAir Broadcasting which owns and operates its own 24/7 Radio Satellite Channel which provides Country Music programming to radio stations across North America.

Ann Gillis
President
Ann Gillis created alternative distribution pathways and unique Television & radio revenue models for projects that attracted corporate sponsors and met the need for original works to be seen and heard. Baker & Gillis are marketing innovators who constantly issue new ideas and fresh solutions for old problems. Using the power of the media, their company projects have been featured on Entertainment Tonight, MTV, VH1, CMT, CMT Canada, Inside Edition, Hard Copy, The Today Show, Montel Williams Show, Comedy Central, NBC, CBS, ABC, CTV & CBC television. Their print media hits include USA Today, New York Post ‐ Page Six, Rolling Stone Magazine, Billboard Magazine, Variety & Entertainment Weekly, Business Journals and others. Baker/Gillis Television is a seasoned independent film and television syndication company based in Nashville Tennessee. Marvin and his long term partner, Ann Gillis, have marketed & distributed their feature films, documentaries and TV products, all over the world. Their first feature film "A Letter from Death Row" starring Charlie Sheen, Martin Sheen & Bret Michaels, was
